Enjoy a family day out beside a stream, exploring historical heritage, rugged landscapes and majestic holm oaks in a unique natural setting.

The starting point of this excursion is located in the recreational area near the village of Bastidas, a perfect place to spend the day with the family, next to the Bodurria stream, where fresh air is guaranteed. Along the route you will find interesting heritage elements such as the small aqueduct of an irrigation channel that fed water to the Maravillas mill, or the remains of a Copper Age settlement. It is also possible to discover the mark left by man in caves, limestone quarries and farmhouses, which sometimes blend in and sometimes stand out in this rugged landscape. It is worthwhile to climb up to the Bastidas farmhouse, where majestic holm oaks welcome you to these ancient constructions that are in the process of being rebuilt. You will also be surprised by the rich meadows dotted with walnut trees and dense pine forests. Bear in mind that the slope is steep and the path is not very wide, so extreme caution is necessary if accompanied by children.
